  • How do I know if I have a water leak?

    There are several different ways to know if you have a leak on your water service. You may have been informed of prolonged usage by your water utility, have an abnormally high water bill, have a damp spot in your yard, or even be able to hear it in certain situations. If you'd like to know for sure, however, it's time to check your water meter. If the meter is indicating usage but there is no water being consumed in your home, then a leak is present.

  • How do you find water leaks?

    We have several different methods of doing so, but mainly we use an acoustic listening device. This device will greatly amplify the noise that the leak makes, and will therefore allow us to pinpoint its location.

  • What are your credentials?

    We are licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Washington.

  • Do you do work on internal plumbing?

    At Langley Water, we specialize in leak detection, repair, locating, and replacement of your exterior water service line. For any work on the interior of your home, we would refer you to another specialist.

  • How long does a repair usually take?

    The repair of your water service leak is typically the easy part of the job, believe it or not. Depending upon the circumstance, a repair can take as little as an hour or less. The more time-consuming part of the job tends to be locating the leak. We are of course equipped for both!
