We use a variety of methods, but our main way of finding leaks is with our acoustic listening device. We listen over top of where the water line runs so as to pinpoint the location of the leak.

We exclusively use fittings of the highest quality for every repair. Every repair is done in the same manner that a utility would perform themselves.

We use hydraulic boring equipment to install a new water line below ground. This allows us to go underneath driveways, landscaping, etc. with minimal cleanup compared to trenching.

This is done by sending a signal down your water line by use of a metal locating reel, as well as electrical equipment to both send and receive a signal.

We may suggest trenching a new line. In which case, we would ideally use the backhoe for this. We may also use the backhoe for exceptionally deep repairs, or for smoothing gravel during clean-up.

This is done with a Vactor truck. We would use a vactor in situations where digging by hand, or with a backhoe isn't feasible.
